We had Miss Pink's delicious grilled chicken salad and a few squares of toasted pumpernickel bread. Ice water for both of us.

Freschetta Brick Oven Roasted Portabella Mushrooms and Spinach pizza for me. Ebon had some kind of Sicilian pizza with a ton of meat. Blech.

I am cooking Miss Pink's birthday dinner tonight...
Grilled shrimp kabobs,3 cheese stuffed portabello mushrooms, bananas foster with chocolate cake and vanilla bean ice cream. |
Ebon is having baked chicken with veggies and I am having leftovers, most likely. He's bored with them, so I must make the sacrifice and eat the collard greens, black eyed peas, and pizza. :blink:

Was dyin for a route 44 diet coke, so I got a little cheeburger 2.

Tonight I cooked a stir fry made with leftover roasted chicken, cabbage, diced onions and garlic, red bell pepper, black olives, a splash or three of organic soy sauce, a splash of olive oil and some seasoned vinegar, all atop a small mound of healthy carb pasta. It turn out to be quite good. :)

Tonight is leftover night at the Scoote and Jo household....so you can have your choice of leftover pizza, roast chicken, hamburger helper, an assortment of veggies, jello...and there's sandwich stuff and soup if none of that sounds good.
Oh...and there's ice cream in the freezer. :eating: Tomorrow I'm defrosting and cleaning it out...:seeingstars: |

Lean crumbled turkey with mushrooms, onions and peppers and some creamed spinach mixed together. It sounds icky, but is quite nummy. Oh, and some pickled beets on the side. I do believe I will be having dessert. I just haven't figured out what it will be yet.

Tonight is Black n Blue Burgers! Grill up a burger, slap a hunk of blue cheese on it, cover pan while it melts. Sliced up some tomatoes, onions and a large avocado...throw it all on some lo carb bread, (Ezekiel) and PIG OUT!
