I had 3 slices of vegan pizza from my local favorite pizza shop, Cafe Viva.

One was no cheese, veggie meatballs, onions, and red peppers, wholewheat crust (Mother Earth).

One was wholewheat crust, vegan cheese, broccoli (Vegetariana).

One was gluten free crust (kind of like a cracker), squash, and vegan cheese (Fresco). All 3 had the usual tomato sauce.

I ate them with arugula.

Then I had blueberries for dessert.

Gemme 09-17-2019 07:33 PM

I had a Santa Fe chicken flatbread. Well, half of one since they are over a foot long. Then I had some peach rings and some Nerds, flavored and plain water and I actually feel full which is good because I think I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning and need to got to bed early so I can get there early.

Stone-Butch 09-17-2019 11:14 PM

I'm treating myself to Indian takeout - after two long days in a row I needed something to look forward to tonight. I'm having my favorite - Saag Paneer. (Spinach and cheese)

It's that time of the month again, where I just seem to sin big sins.

I had Tuna Taco's tonight.

3 miniature soft taco shells (home made out of coconut flour and coconut oil), filled with Albacore Tuna, Sweet Pickle Relish and a big blob of vegan Mayo. Carrot Juice and spring water, to drink.

<<<<<~~ Tuna Taco Coma-ville commences in approximately 20 minutes.

You and me both. My dinner consisted of baby carrots dipped in Caesar sauce, sliced apple, water and cake. Lots of cake. Technically, the cake came first and the rest was guilt food to make up for the cake. All that cake.

Heh! You crack me up, Gemme! I survived Tuna Taco Coma-ville & slept like a rock (nine hours, or so). :)

I stopped by a bakery, in a shopping district I've been frequently lately. I bought a dozen of the last of their Pumpkin Muffins and Pumpkin Morning rolls (a twist on Cinnamon rolls, but made with Pumpkin, Walnuts, Cinnamon and big ole chocolate chunks that is 92% cacao, organic too).

OMG, it's like "Cake City" eating that stuff. But they're loaded with Pumpkin, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and thank the good Cake Fairy, they're only loaded with antioxidants and stuff that won't set off the blood sugar alarm bells.

Not sure what I will have for dinner tonight. I was thinking of roasting a head of cauliflower and some Acorn Squash, then make some sort of 'cheese fondue' type dipping sauce for the roasted cauliflower buds, and make a roasted Acorn soup out of the squash. I've got left over Albacore Tuna, so I may have to have the last of it too. Only save it for Sunday Brunch. *lol*

I say that because rainy weather returns tomorrow and there's nothing like a Tuna Taco Coma-ville nap on a Sunday afternoon. :jester:

I love cake. It's my go-to food when I'm sick or depressed. I had some delicious lemon pound cake and some decadent butter Amaretto cake this past week.
