Chinese American style BBQ pork w/usual restaurant condiments, peach tea and one Halo.

Today it was whole grain toast with a smear of nutella, a sprinkle of coconut and some sliced strawberries...

Then I was craving protein so I had a slice of turkey ham ...

I had a redux of this today but with one egg instead of two.

Full English, ready to build up strength for a good country walk.
It was a beautiful day at the national trust.

A green smoothie made with water, ice, low carb protein powder, banana, and a HUGE handful of kale. I will probably eat a Larabar before getting ready for work, too.

I had the leftovers from the giant Moe's burrito I had for dinner last night plus fresh blueberries and chocolate milk to drink.

FireSignFemme 04-14-2016 06:07 AM

Coffee with whole milk (due to half-n-half famine/creamer shortage)
1 med tomato
1/4 a jumbo avocado
1/4 a large tangelo
2 mission thin corn tortillas with a little butter

The bananas haven't budged from their greenness in over a week now...I think it's hopeless...so no banana this morning...just half a toasted bagel with honey and some good smelly cheese and baleful glances at those bananas hanging above my kitchen counter...doing nothing.

If you want to ripen them, put them in a paper sack and fold it down.

Will do. Thank you. Don't want all that potassium to become compost for giant killer worms.

Healthy Choice Steamers Beef Merlot frozen dinner - Yuck! I don't usually eat this sort of stuff for breakfast but I need the steam tray part to use as a stencil for my craft project and I don't want to have to wait until after lunch to start working on it.

Improvised stencil - $1.99 w/Safeway coupon + one bonus meal for breakfast I don't have to cook. :)

Cost of simillar stencil at ye jolly bargain basement craft store online - $14.99

I've only been awake 30 minutes and already I've saved $13.00 - this day is starting out smoking good! Despite what they taught us in Home Ec some days it really does pay to have a bad meal.

:artist: Okay true I'm not gifted enough to be a real artist but unable to sleep and being up before dawn to work like a fiend on my craft certainly does leave me feeling just a little bit Artemisia Gentileschi/Vincent Van Gogh ish kinda crazy this morning.
