Man, you've got some seriously good food going on at your house ALL THE TIME!

I wasn't hungry much ...

two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and
large milk to drink

I made a pasta/veggie/marinara casserole. I love how things taste fresh out of the oven.

A parent gave Red a gift card to Outback! Steaks tonight :-)

Meatloaf, baked potato, green beans... none of which I had to cook... thank goodness.

Meatloaf and potato type thingy my sis gave me to take to work!

We had french onion hamburger steaks on Jack's new George Foreman (her self-declared "Butch Oven") and fried potatoes. Freakin' YUM!

I made zucchini noodles with my Spiralizer, and then topped the noodles with spaghetti sauce.

I want that!!!

for the kids...I made sloppy joe, with cheese pockets using french bread dough.

I made a veggie soup (tomato based, onion, celery, garlic, spinach, mixed frozen veggies, kidney beans, black beans, northern beans, and pasta)

Tonight I am fixing pork chops,greens,string beans and a salad made of tomatoes mixed with basil and oregano olive oil & red wine vinegar.

Have you tried with other kinds of veggies? I enjoy a sweet potato with a cashew "cheese" sauce. Yum.

Tonight:

chicken thighs (bbq'd on grill with lemon pepper)
fresh steamed broccoli
1/2 sweet potato

Yes, I use it with sweet potatoes to make "potato chips", also when I make this raw sweet potato salad that I really like a lot. I also use it for cukes, carrots etc. I like it.
