last night, we had...

mini rotini pasta with ground turkey in the sauce
a big garden salad with sliced avocado & almond slivers
and garlic toast

tonight, I think I will grill out again. Maybe...

pasta salad with bowtie pasta, tomato & cucumbers

I'm cooking some baby back ribs in the oven right now, gonna have a late lunch early supper. Will have squash, zucchini, carrots, green beans summer mix steamed veggies, and some corn on the cob. YUMMY it's whats for lupper....ie lunch/supper. :)

Tonight I fixed pork chops smothered in mushrooms and sweet onions over rice
with home made yeast rolls.No desert cause we ate the cake yesterday,it was to good to wait for.

We had an amazingly fun St. Patty's Day dinner...

... green mashed potatoes
... brocoli
... green beans
... corned beef
... cabbage
... and gravy

THEN...

... we had donuts with sprinkles for dessert!!

The weather is still gorgeous, so I'm grilling again :)

Ribeye steaks (that are marinating all day)
diced red potatoes baked in the oven with a lil' EVOO and seasonings
and a big ol' garden salad

I managed to get down a piece of toast last night... I wonder what will be on the menu tonight... I really liked the little restaurant I found by my apartment...

Maybe I will go check out their dinner menu.

isnt that the best part of being a grown up?? we get to spoil our appetites if we want to..... :)

for myself.....Im going to have the same thing I had last night; some nummy Puerto Rican food I got yesterday. I only ever get take out...but gosh they load you up. I have enough to last 3 days! I got pork....2 kinds of rice...one with beans one with little sausages...and some yucca....its so so GOOD...

The sun is shining and the temp is in the low 60's,this is early grilling weather.So,i;m grilling some ham burgers, gonna roast some corn on the cob and maybe some veggies on the grill...oh heck why not?? Gonna make up some nanna pudding ,if there is any room left to eat it.
