well, i have been waiting for this weather to cool off before making chili again, but it's supposed to be 90 and over for the next week.

But the roomie seems to know what's for dinner... keeping me in the dark...sooo it's SURPRISE CASSEROLE!

When I say "if all goes as expected" I mean it's been known that once the pizza leaves Tacoma, it's been know to "disappear" before even making it back to Kingston!

Going to BBQ again tonight, Rack of ribs and Potatoes and onions tin-foiled, wrapped with butter, salt and pepper and BBQd. Ice tea with lots of lemon.

big plate of beans with jalapeno chunks and colby cheese melted in it

2 large peeled and sliced red ripe tomatos

half a vidalia onion

2 large milks - may be 3 before I am finished

cabbage slaw would have been great but too lazy and hungry to make it ..

A small dark green garden salad, with a handful of blueberries and raspberries on the side. No salad dressing. Half a bottle of sparkling mineral water, to drink. A cup of herbal tea later, before bedtime. And finish hydrating with water, as well.

Too hot to cook so just gonna throw a burger on the bbq and turn it into a bacon cheeseburger with the works. Ice tea with lots of lemon.
