Dinner will be fettuccine with alfredo sauce with chopped cooked broccoli and shrimp. Ice tea with lemon. |

I made collard greens with ham hocks ~ and my daughter had baked some bread ~ also for lunch she made seared salmon with a ginger Asian sauce and sliced tomatoes on the side. it's been a yummy day lol

It's soup weather, here at home today. Cold and rainy skies, so soup is on the menu tonight. I'm making a home made soup with organic vegetable broth, diced organic celery, sweet red bell pepper, zucchini, and a couple scoops of split pea, quinoa, and barley soup mix. Garbanzo beans too. And a touch of organic tomato paste. It smells good and I hope it tastes as delicious as it smells.
I've been hydrating with water and intermittently sipping on sparkling mineral water. I plan to finish the day by having a cup of herbal tea, right before bedtime. |

a slice of Garlic Nan, warmed in a touch of EVOO, with fresh slices of tomato and a big dose of vegan Mayo. So yummy.
Water to drink. And a cup of hot herbal tea before bedtime. |

Nothing if Walmart grocery delivery service can't get it's act together. Well at least nothing I was planning on. Okay so instead of pouting and feeling sorry for myself what's the plan, what's the plan.... Well for starters , cookies for sure we know that.

I made another tomato and avacado salad. Tonight I added shrimp. Now, that was refreshing. I really like the trio color cherry tomatoes. I've gone thru a couple of those boxes. Really cold, really sweet watermelon. I made a good choice. You never know what your gonna get. Klondike bar later. |
Just finished my Dinner it was lean sirloin patty.sauted zuccini,mushrooms with minced garlic with cottage cheese. YUM! now a iced coffee.
