It's rainiing in Southern California this morning. It was nice waking up in the middle of the night and hearing the rain on the roof. Thanks goodness because we need it badly.
When it rains in here it's almost always a disaster somewhere (floods, mud slides, lots and lots of accidents). Sometimes I miss the rainy days on the east coast and mid west. |
I am in bloody Wisconsin. It is December. There is green grass on the ground. We got snow a while ago but it's already all melted. The days are well above freezing. We are getting rain instead of snow in the past several days. I can go outside in a t-shirt if I feel like it, and even when I don't, a light jacket is sufficient.

It's terribly cold today. Mountains are getting tons of snow. The earth beneath our feet is not stable. All I can say is that the weather hasn't been all that beautiful.

It's 7:30 a.m. and it's already 63 degrees in Cincinnati. They said it's going to get up to 70 this weekend. I am not complaining but it is crazy.

We are going to be close to 60 today and in or near the 50's for the rest of the week. Loving this NH winter so far.... I LOVE El Nino!!!!

It is Xmas Eve. It is 60 degrees on the New England coast this morning. Mid 60's to almost 70 expected inland. Kind of glad I put off having the air conditioners removed until next week. |

This little guy who works with me (Originally from Alabama).. says to us today, "OH we are going to have a few inches of snow on Tuesday". I asked "how much"? He said 6-10 inches...... He is from Alabama. He doesn't know, YET, what 6-10 will do to his commute time....

Our high for Christmas Day is supposed to be 86℉ and ☀. The day after Christmas is forecast to be 85℉. Many people will spend Christmas day at the beaches here 🏊 and 🏄. Not me, I know about the duuun dun duuun dun dun dun...

Gosh, we've had several years of extraordinarily 'good' weather (translation: extended drought), that maybe the latest waves of non-stop rain, snow, and flooding has put a temporary stop on other pending troubles, like lack of fresh potable water, forests going up in flames, land impacts for farmers who grow food locally, etc.
It's chilly today, very cold. High: maybe low to mid- 40s. Low: low to mid-30s. |
Its 69* and cloudy, it rained during the night but isn't raining now, the weather man says it isn't over yet big rain is coming...me not so sure.
