Summer time, playing at the beach, collecting shells, watching Poodleboy chase birds (and never catch one) picking and eating berries on hikes, having my son visit for a week in August.

A wonderful weekend.....for two!
I am making a chicken pot pie (from scratch), a Lemon Cloud pie, and will be watching our dolphins from a secret, special place we found...:) Making her her own special blend of coffee, and spending some special, quiet time with just ourselves....yes, just.like.that! |

This month my beautiful daughter turns 25 and both my granddaughters turn ONE. It is a month to celebrate.

this weekend w. the fabulous weather we are going to have ~ its time for back yard clean out ~ I had a few (small) trees cut down the end of last summer that I couldn't at that time cut up and dispose of ~ I bought the right gloves for this task ~ honestly the first nail that breaks ~ I'm done ! ~ laugh at me if u wish ~ but I have always been like this and I'm not going to change ~ :)

Picking up my custom Redneck Buell chopper on saturday.....excited would be an understatement.

I'm heading out to the yard myself. I'm waiting for the fresh cut grass smell. I've been teased with it, as that scent floats thru the neighborhood. It's time for my own! I'm going to pamper my yard this season. I want to walk over it, knowing there are no stickers or fire ants. I have yard games to play and a grill to use!

Floating above my path for awhile before touching ground and walking the road of my path - seeing where it all takes me. I am getting excited for my travels but I still have a lot of work to do, before I can make that dream happen.
