I made bacon wrapped dates (with melty parmesean) for Thanksgiving.

I often cook up a nice applewood smoked uncured bacon to use in salads.

I think crispy bacon and smeared avocado on sourdough toast is the best breakfast ever.

And again... give me three more delightful ways to use bacon

I actually have quite a difficult time with my job, so here's my attempt at being positive ...

* the kids getting used to me and feeling more comfortable in using English and interacting with a foreigner
* seeing the teachers become more confident in their use of English
* seeing the teachers implement teaching strategies that I've suggested, but what makes me even happier is when they adapt the suggestions :hangloose:
