Boy it's gonna be great ! I love my soup. It's simple and easy to make and doesn't cost much. Soup it's what's for supper.

I,m making a soup a fellow co-worker made for us at the station..."taco Soup"

hamburger onion kidney and pinto beans, Taco seasoning.

It is simple and very good.

tomato sauce with ground turkey, onion, fennel and garlic over thin spaghetti with some grated parm. lazy night dish

Left over ham and roasted potatoes with carrots. Love love love nights when I don't have to cook!

Smothered pork chops, green beans, mashed potatoes with cream gravy! Thank you to the great cooks at our locally owned Crest super market deli!

Tonight is homemade Chinese food night with pan fried dumplings, eggrolls, and egg drop soup and jasmine tea... its great way to end a busy day!!!!

my wife said she'll cook dinner -- so I get a night off finally.
she's making meatballs, and we'll have zoodles (zucchini noodles) and marinara sauce.

I'm about to eat a chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and cheese ( bought at Costco but cooked by me lol) and mini potatoes ( boiled by me)... just tasted it...delicious. Costco really does have good meat and fish, particularly if you're a family of 12 or eat like one.

BB's out of town for work, keepin' it simple and weird, of course:
Amy's frozen/microwave mac and cheese (always delish)
leftover Ethiopian collard greens and beets from last night :)
matzoh ball soup

Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup with saltines, big milk, twix candy bars for dessert.

Very happy and satisfied now. :)
