Maybe bbq chicken and broccoli.
Ate all the meatballs yesterday and today for lunch. They are that GOOD.

Grilled shrimp served over a salad with Greek dressing

oh and we finished it with homemade cream puffs

Couscous with veggies in a garlic/lemony sauce

I am having homemade picadillo tostadas with queso.

Tonight I'm having steamed broccoli with melted cheese slice on top, and a small steak. Broccoli is steaming now and smells so good!

I have a pot of creamy Italian white bean soup cooking on the stove as I type this post. The creaminess comes from pureeing some of the beans, sauteed onions, garlic and celery and then stirring it back into the pot. It also has strips of fresh spinach and broccoli in it. Oh and some shaved Parmesan at the finish. Later, I'm starving! :byebye:

Let's see ...
First I had 3 fudgesicles ... don't anyone get excited. They were single stick.

Then I nuked a huge potato, dabbed a little sour creme on it. Two large milks to drink.

I am all set now! Won't have any difficulty falling asleep. :)

Tonight Dad and Pappy came over and we all sat down and had pasta with my Great Aunt Louise's recipe of amazing Sicilian red sauce and a biggo hunk of steamy garlic bread.

I do so LOVE having midweek family dinners with them and my Pappy was just all smiles and delighted eyes as we chatted and ate. He is so fucking funny too!

I made a comment about a person in our family who seems to have gone off to crazyville and has started smoking cigarettes and posting lots of photos of themselves smoking on Facebook and my Pappy looked up and said, "Are you sure it's not GRASS?"

LOL!

Tonight I had steak chimichangas with cheese ! Yummy.

and for Lunch I splurged out and had chick-fil-a chicken sandwich. I love that chicken, it's sooo tasty couldn't resist while I was out doing errands. YUUMMY!

Tonight I am fixing a nice meat loaf with mash'd potatoes and mushroom gravy along with a small salad with spring veggies.

Shrimp and crab stuffed salmon fillets and steamed veggies.

Take out from Chili's.

Leftover Italian bean soup for me tonight. I also had a grilled chicken breast alongside of the soup.
