Watching a program about 11 girls murdered in Galveston county, Brazoria County and South areas past Houston, back in the 70's. It's very sad as I didn't even know these murders took place and I have been living here, on and off, since 77.

Catching up on Blindspot and moisturizing my cuticles.

Eating lollipops, looking at wedding venues and wondering if we can have a potluck reception lakeside, all family-style like

Our tree is going up this weekend. So excited!

Sitting at the airport, waiting to see my beautiful girl.

I let the dogs out, gave then treats, and I'm watching mY pet caT Petunia stalk birds.....and watching the dogs work off their pent up energy. :)

Been working outdoors all day. Just came in for a rest, took my socks and boots off, have my feet propped up ... eating salt and vinagar pork skins, drinking a coke.

I believe I will need to rig a serious tension bar for my fence stretcher and come along. This one is not holding up and the adjustments I am having to make because of it are wearing me out. I thought I had remedied its issue but not quite there.I am done wasting time with this one.

About to watch a Canadian film on NetFlix about The Hudson's Bay Company and the battles over the fur trade in the 1700's. Should be exciting.

I got out and ran a few errands this morning and then came home and opened the windows and have been shimmying around the house in a messy braid and yoga pants.
Basic stuff like laundry and dishes and dusting interspersed with singing some of my favorite tunes off-key and petting the puppers.

Trying out a new recipe for french onion chicken tonight and catching up on a couple of phone calls with girlfriends and then a Facetime date with the hottie. :hangloose:

I just got home from my house sitting and pet sitting weekend gig at my BFF's house, but I went grocery shopping again too, so I'm having a mega huge cup of hot cocoa and eating some yummy Sour Lemon Chiffon Cream Pie with graham cracker crust, for dinner tonight. We had Nachos from Applebee's for lunch and OMG, nachos with queso, jalapeño peppers, ground beef and tomato salsa was so incredibly delish, so pie and hot cocoa is all I need right now.

I just had an early morning surprise visit from an friend who just got back from her Vegas trip, so nice to see her!!!

Not sure what I will do today, but I will most likely entertain myself by reading a good book and cook up some steak for homemade steak fajitas. Maybe even do some light housekeeping too. :hk28:

Knocking out a proposal and listening to a podcast and sipping a cup of very good coffee.

Watching the local news so i know what to wear tomorrow for a job interview.
