Stouffer's frozen lasagna with meat sauce - I nuked it crunchy around the edges ...large helping of Kentucky Fried Chicken's cole slaw, large milk to drink. I just finished it all and seems like I just started eating. :(

Tonight I am making stuffed fish with lemon slice,fresh spring salad with hard boiled egg on the side,I make home made dressing for salad so I can keep out the additives.

Fusion Food!

I'm taking a traditional bread from northern China, topping it with a chunky tomato sauce, covering that with a ground chicken fajita layer followed by a grated Irish aged cheddar. Pop it in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts to a gooey goodness, and serve!

I don't usually post here but there is a place in my town that brews fabulous beer and makes some of the best bratwurst I have had. Got a friend to go with me tonight.

So, out to dinner and a craving will be taken care of, lol

just came in from doing yard work most of the day ... had to do the yearly maintainence service to my mower first thing this morning ... then yard work until just now ... hungry, hot and tired ... but feel so good about the day's accomplishment

being i'm home alone I am fixing myself a pot of mixed greens with turnip's after I saute'd some bacon and onion. A bit of hard crust bread to sop it up with and I will be in hog heaven.
