My thigh muscles hurt from my power walk this morning, but the pain is well worth it. My coffee stinks this morning and I am thinking of making a new pot. This is some wild ass weather that just hit us here in Orlando. Zimmy |

it seems to me that, the happier a person is, the kinder they naturally are...no need for overt, nor semi-covert, digs, nasty comments and actions... it's nice to feel happy and at internal peace...external manifestation is natural and shared... I confess that pride is a complex and powerful state...I suspect it is a mask for fear and shame...but (dot dot dot) --- I readily confess: what do I know!! |
