Cup of plain Greek yogurt and fresh berries...almost as tasty as 3 fried eggs, home fries, 1 pancake (with syrup), 2 slices of buttered toast with jam, 4 sausages, and a tablespoon of ketchup.

Nothing, I have food but had nothing left for breakfast that was quick and easy to fix. I need to shop, stock up on more boxes of cold cereal, instant oatmeal packs, pre-cooked/microwave ready sausages, fruit and so on. I always have grand ambitions, noble intentions when it comes to breakfast but the truth is when it's hot out, the AC is struggling to keep up and I'm tired the last thing I want to do is cook or have same old, same old (because it's easy) scrambled eggs fixed in the microwave again meal.

I had a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich with hot Irish tea to drink. Also drinking Gatorade because it will be hot in Texas today.

My kid fell asleep on the couch...so I don't know how I Will get breakfast...let alone what.
I can say I'm happy to be done with Food Lions store brand of vanilla Greek yogurt. It was awful. |
I had about 4 or 5 oz of angus sirloin cooked in my cast iron skillet and a big bowl of fresh fruit (red grapes, mandarin sections, blueberries and strawberries) with chocolate milk to drink.

Salmon, and a bowl of blueberries, mango, and strawberries.

I cooked some shaved beef in the cast iron skillet and added some Southwestern salsa to the mix then ladled that onto a toasted multigrain low carb wrap that I'd already schmeared with spicy gauc and shredded cheese. Wrapped that up and ate with blueberries and red seedless grapes. Chocolate milk to drink. Great post workout meal!

steel-cut oatmeal with chopped apple, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes and milk, vanilla extract and lots of cinnamon. Very tasty.
