I made the cabbage steaks I found on facebook....it was a tasty dish and I wanted for nothing more :)

I have been craving BBQ and picnic food but that doesn't really work for just one person! I'm hoping to go out and share a meal with someone special. If that doesn't happen, I'll be settling for a microwave meal.

Had to make a quick run to the grocery store for milk. Noticed I was getting low. Hungry Howie's sign beckoned me over.

All set to watch this severe weather system. Numerous tornadoes on the ground just to the east and coming this way. Bought Kevie a new X - large Nylabone at the grocery store. Now he's all set too. :)

I was going to use the grill, but I wasn't feeling well today and was seeking out something simpler.

So, I made a roasted chicken stuffed with wild rice, cauliflower, and crescent rolls

Authentic Puerto Rican food... Divine, I tell you... I am content....

Between work and firefighter issues east of mountains I've been gonna for 8 days....went to store...cottage cheese...my main line food.

Grilled Filet Mignon and a baked sweet potato.

I made baked tilapia with a lemon butter panko crust, and a greek salad. Was delicious.

I had a salad - power greens, an avocado, grilled asparagus and portabello mushrooms, with an Asian Sesame dressing.

Well, I already had dinner, but mine was pizza from Papa John's, which had pepperoni, sausage, banana pepper, and mushroom. Mmmmmm. And drinking some Seagram's wine coolers as well as hard cider.

They were so damm good I feel like Im about to burst

Not feeling too chipper today, so i made grilled swiss cheese sandwiches, and took a container of homemade potato soup out of the freezer.

My daughter tossed a salad, and viola, dinner!
