Steak fajita salad

Something revolting with chicken and noodles in it. The boy was so proud of himself for making it, too, and he made a gigantic batch, whatever it was. I will be putting it down the garbage disposal a little at a time over the next few days.

Salmon in some type of creamy white sauce, not sure what because J made it for me, with buttery Brussels Sprouts as a side and a lime flavored sugar-free gelatin cup for dessert. Just water to drink.

Black bean Chipolte 'burgers' and Sweet potato 'fries' seasoned with Sea salt and served with feta. Mineral water to drink, with fresh slices of Lime.

You forgot to mention the secret sauce that lets you appear and disappear here without ever being noticed, if you so wish it.

my own view is that if you add together the invisibles, the invisibles at will, the anonymous masqueraders, the fakes from Rusia, the fakes from Ukraine, the fakes from Egypt and from all sorts of Emirates that ppl think will make them seem more interesting, , you get a mess of bland, tasteless pulled pork that keeps on pulling until it kills its host.

Mopsie puffs are potato puffs you probably call them something else. I buy them frozen put them in the oven and they are like crispy fries shaped like your hush puppies.

Mardi Gras dessert was scrumptious!
 

Last night I made a simple garden salad, for Rico and I.

For dessert, we had a small portion of Mardi Gras King Cake, from Shreveport, Louisiana. It came with a baby doll and purple Mardi Gras beads.

Garden salad with extra cherry tomatoes, avocado dices, and grated cheddar cheese. Topped with Thousand Island salad dressing. Wateloo black cherry sparking water, now I see why it was in the mark down/closeout bin – ick!

A salad by my friend Linda. Included butter lettuce, some kind of Japanese lettuce, Arugula, radishes, sprouts, avocado, tomatoes, etc. So good. She was one of the best cooks at the company where I last worked and she’s one of my friends who is helping me move.

She wanted to bring me a chicken casserole on rice, but I can’t afford the gluten and high carbs that would inflame my arthritis.

I would gladly be her sous chef in the kitchen and I will miss her meals.

I'm in the computer room, but I heard Mary chopping & dicing, rustling pots and pans plus some fanatic's aromas are wafting my way so god only knows what she's all throwing together! If I had to bet, my money would be on spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian Sausage links.....:eating:
