Stopped at the local grill and picked up Campechana. A shrimp, avocado and salsa appetizer....was really good.

Tonight we had steak, baked sweet potato, green beans and a salad.

Subway will be my dinner. Alas, the joys of having work.

My daughter is cooking tonight and she is planning meatloaf, baked mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole. I can feel the weight pile on!! ;-)

Homemade Pizza rolls, Pepperoni wrapped in WonTon Skins! Lightly covered in olive oil and baked. A salad, some sweet tea. Good .2. go.


Then, if I want .. I may just make strawberry shortcake eggrolls. :| Yes, lots of calories but damn so good. Just grab a Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake roll, throw it in a wonton wrapper. Quick fry and dust with powdered sugar. Mhmm

I am making chicken Alfredo on linguine with a fresh salad.

I made chicken in the pan with tandoori spices....threw in a handful each of kale and spinach at the end of cooking....mmm mmm good!

Pork chop, cream spinach and apple sauce.

1/2 of a carne asada burrito

I am eating the top off a fantastic pizza from my local neighborhood pizzeria. Spicy Italian sausage with roasted garlic, red and green peppers, red onion and extra cheese.
My brother is tearing into a classic, extra cheese, pepperoni, and Italian sausage well done. He is eating the crust though

I am drinking red wine and he is drinking coke

Slow bbq'ed ribs. St. Louis ribs, what ever that means?

I make is hotter than they do and I add blue cheese crumbles to the top with the chives and bacon, oh so yum

For dessert I am having strawberry short cake as today is the last day of my neighboring town's strawberry festival and I was feeling festive.
Plus I bought a giant container of strawberries from said festival.

turkey dinner.... A 22.98 lb bird.... My sis and my tenants below me we r gonna eat well for more than a few days!

tonite we are having ribs, homemade cole slaw, potato salad, broccoli and who knows what else we will add to the meal and for dessert we are having german chocolate brownie

but the best thing we are going to have is great company
