oh and i did want to be a bagboy (person) at the grocery store once. I would stand there in awe as a little girl watching them take specific things and put them together into a bag. Knowing what went where and with what so fast!!!! I thought they were amazing....still do.

I wanted to be a bag boy so I could put peoples meat and fresh veggies in a paper poke together, so the bottom would fall out when they got home. LOL Yes I really did want to be a bag boy, strangely I never was.

When I was very young I remember wanting to be a bus driver. I don't think the attraction was to actually drive the bus, it was more about getting to wear the money changer thingie, collect the money and give out change.

My mom did end up buying me the whole get up, so my wish did come true that halloween.

I was a supermarket bagger back in the days when it was an art form i.e. always square the bag with a combination of boxed stuff and cans, make sure weight is evenly distributed, put light, fragile items on top. Stacking things properly was the key. Done right, the bag was light but full and you were always 1 step ahead of the cashier :)

Today it is, here is a bag, throw a few things in, try not to squish anything but if you do...oh well. :seeingstars:
