Sorry, it has been a while for me...
When she randomly slips her hand in mine while walking somewhere. When the pretty, lacy things don't disappear after the first six months or only make an appearance on my birthday. When a naughty thought is whispered in my ear at a place or at a time when I cannot act on it. When I am given a detailed report of her undergarment selections as we are walking out the door to a family event or some "must go to" event. When she wakes me up with a kiss. When she reads Neruda to me in bed. Wrapped in just a sheet. |
