Low: Feeling confused about why I always seem to scare women away/send them running for the woods.

High: getting my room finished. Spending time with the kiddos. Feeling like I accomplished something.
Low: my body is tired and sore but my brain is wired. Tomorrow is work. Blah. |

High: Easy day at work.
High: A great conversation. Low: Not a single thing. |
High: Crawling into bed and feeling proud of my accomplishments today.
Low: Sore muscles. |
Low: The most horrific PTSD nightmare I've had in a long time.
High: Dinner and OITNB with my bf in bed. |
Low - Made a rash decision today that I am now regretting.
High - Nothing. |
Yesterday
High: I was able to run errands at work since my coworker was holding down the fort.
High: I took a walk in the rain last night. Refreshing! Mid-range: I'm still sore from Sunday's workout. Low: I didn't get everything done yesterday that needed to be and now the weather's not going to cooperate with me today to finish. |
High: Lucky number 4
High: Laughter High: Today was a GOOD day! |
Low: Anxiety suddenly and strongly rearing its ugly head on my afternoon work.
High: Zucchini fries. High: Getting to spend the night with my love. High: Two loads of laundry FINISHED! :bunchflowers: |

Low: Unable to concentrate at work; master of procrastination? or just plain uninspired?
High: An evening to myself to catch up and tidy the apartment. High: Three more sleeps until the concert and, more importantly: summer break from choir! High: I didn't starve today. |

I've yet to crawl out of bed but.....
Highs: waking up to flowers. Breakfast in bed. Reading the birthday wishes from awesome people. Knowing my friends will be here soon. Lows: Turning 40. :( Where has the time gone? Having to get up and go to work. |
Yesterday
High: Met my new project manager dude and he's going to be fine. He's funny and agrees with me about a lot of key points, including that I should not put using power tools on a metal ladder in the middle of the rain. This one has common sense!
High: I'm slowly learning sign from one of my deaf customers and his sign teaching gf. We had a conversation about fish eating his poop when he was a kid. He's odd and I'm not sure when I'll ever need to use some of these signs but it was fun. Low: I think my landscaper nicked a sprinkler head because the zones aren't working properly. Low: Dude helped me find out why my sprinkler system isn't working.....whole system of wires is under water. The construction company I hate, that put it in last spring, didn't properly install it and water from the past year has not been able to run off of the control wires, effectively killing my sprinkler system. Good news: the sprinklers aren't possessed like I thought. Bad news: I would have preferred them to be possessed. This is going to be expensive! Low: Dude found a den of snakes in an underground utility box. Yikes! |
High: The cooler weather thanks to the thunderstorms.
High: The party... Low: a slight meltdown that turned into a high after I recovered... |
Yesterday
High: visit with district supervisor when GREAT. She said the things I do are being noticed by those at home office and to keep up the good work. Woot!
Low: a lot of fires cropping up at the same time at work. |
High: didnt have to work today.
High: breakfast and grocery shopping with mama and we picked up phillipino food for dinner so no heating up the house cooking tonight. Low: the pain is bad today, but tomorrow is a new day. |
High: T.G.I.F.
