Stressed and sad :(
My babies were attacked by a neighbor dog yesterday. This neighbor doesn't believe in leashes and his dog came after mine while we were walking outside. He grabbed Smudge by the neck, and after fighting him off Smudge, he grabbed Romee by the neck and side. My dogs are less than 10lbs and the attacker was a huge boxer/mix. Scariest thing in my life. Smudge is ok but Romee is hurt. I am so lucky it wasn't worse than it was (I thought they both were going to be killed) Thank goodness we are moving next week. Can't wait. :( |

Very frustrated. .
I'll be leaving my Mom soon, to go back home. I've got her set up with a filing system for the paperwork that lies ahead. Auto payments set up. Major purchases arranged. All the things I know she will be capable of doing. It's the over sharing of info I'm afraid of. Bless her heart for being friendly. I'm going to worry about people/strangers that she will encounter that will take advantage of her. Just this morning, some one came over to purchase the RTV, and she was quick to explain how her income had changed. I'm off to the side, coughing, sighing. ..interrupting. I wish I could retrain her on things like that! Grrrrrrrr |

How am I feeling?
I have a tooth ache on the side of my mouth. It is causing me to have pain in my right ear and on the right hand side of the back of my neck. I called my dentist and I was told the best they can do is see me next Tuesday morning. The only good thing about the whole thing is, it wont cost me more then £50ish pounds. Gotta love the NHS sometimes.

I'm feeling rather cheery and chipper today. I've raised interesting children who make great dinner companions, so any time with them makes me quite happy, indeed.

But I did it. After a long week and a half of torturing myself at the sharp edge of a rocky cliff, I finally couldn't take it anymore and flung myself over headfirst. Now I'm feeling slightly air sick, but I'm glad that it is done. This is really no thing at all. I'm not sure why it has me tied up in such a knot. I bet I'll finally be able to sleep again now, though. |
