Dinner

Eye of round, edamame and corn mix, chopped salad with bbq ranch dressing.

I went to my favoriteproduce place today....the mangoes looked really good....and the plums too....I didnt feel for much else...so....thats dinner. And some yogurt raisins...I had some leftover from making up some trail mix :)

Making fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes w/ homemade chicken gravy & honey-glazed biscuits. Homemade vanilla pudding with graham cracker crust for dessert. Sweet tea to drink.

A friend invited me over for spaghetti. First I said I would take a rain check because I had been tired and sort of on a rollercoaster this week. She said she would make me leave by 8:30 if I would just stop by and eat with her. Anyway, she cooked it all night long in a crockpot. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! She had fruit salad and garlic bread to go with it.

Some sort of Vietnamese wraps my friend is making. I feel lucky!

For dinner I made:
Pollo en mole, arroz, frijolitos chinos, tortillas de maiz, y un te de durazno. Tambien unas peras bien ricas de postre....mmmm!

Grilled BBQ chicken salad. With grated chipotle cheese, red peppers, tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and
I even grilled/roasted corn on the cob and then sliced off the kernels. Finally...a gourmet cupcake! German chocolate :) |
Fajitas! or some sort of Chicken Tacos :) spanish rice, homemade. Sweet Tea and some brownies!

I just finished making a big bowl of coleslaw and I have some smoked Angus beef franks in the fridge, so it's looking like a slaw dog night.

Easy and filling cause I have been working in the yard all damn day....
