It's a power salad with bacon jerky added in this morning so I guess it's more of a brunch thing than a breakfast thing. I am, however, drinking chocolate milk so maybe that brings it back into breakfast territory.

I made a smoothie this morning for breakfast : soymilk, 2 bananas, peanut butter, kale,honey. It was goooood and I was all set for work!

Been having smoothies the past few mornings, but today I was in a hurry so I had a raw hemp bar and lots of coffee.

My sweetheart served me two perfectly poached eggs on English muffins with homemade hash browns, fresh tomato, sliced pears and peaches. Hot strong coffee to drink.

Krispy Kreme was for breakfast today because Bojangles had a crazy long line
It so happened to be free coffee day so I got a coffee and 2 donuts for just over a dollar. Woohoo! |
Crumbled up maple tempeh bbq sauce sandwich with home made sweet potato fries. Was tasty!
