Smiling...

I smile over snow pictures:) but today, I have my own snow. Little amount as it is, but SNOW!

I know nothing compared to what half of you are complaining about. But I'm the transplanted Cali girl to Texas. This is amazing, be it every now and then. I love changing weather!

I had to amend this... I forgot to mention... my daughter was specific in that I should be the leader/organizer of said outing...because it's a place I frequent and "no one knows the trails like you do!"
I'm not sure I entirely believe that this isn't a ploy to get me to carry the heavy stuff....but.... I will still be happy for the time with my girls.... :)

I have so many reasons to smile. I never realized how much i hated my job until i didn't ever have to go back. Now i smile all of the time. :)

Hitting some thrift stores with my sweetheart, put several smiles on my face today. I scored a beautiful sportcoat and a magical hoodie with snakes, winged skulls, and other meaningful symbols - I feel like I have my armor on, and that I am well protected, when I wear it. :)

I took my niece ice skating, she was begging me to go . She thinks you should just put the skates on and be able to skate like they do in the olympics. LMAO
Her deduction on the ice skating adventure : " It's harder that it looks. And it hurts really bad when you fall down. And do you want to know what else? It's cold out there too. I'm ready to go. " HAHAHAHA

A fresh change of clothes during my 36 hour shift

A bag full of hot Wendy's comfort food to fill this guys stomach

All of it delivered care package style by WingsOnFire as I continue to work and we continue to hope the shift that was supposed to be 12 hours long will end before I see the 48 hour mark
