I have a girlfriend coming over, and she has major PMS...so, I'm making my famous BLT's (15 slices of bacon on each) on homemade sourdough, served with my fully-loaded potato salad (shredded cheese, bacon, scallions), and some ice-cold Narragansett lemon shandy.

I got some zucchini and summer squash from the farm stand.
I cooked it in butter and olive oil with a lil bit of purple onion. The main course is take out pasta with fresh bread from the local Greek place :) |
