I have not put much thought into dinner because I have been making kale chips all day. Different flavours. Next will be garlic Parmesan. Yum. Maybe I will just have a smoothie and kale chips for dinner. Too hot for heavy meals here!!

Tonight will be red beans and rice,corn bread with the old staple of the south deep dish apple pie.I made it from a diabetic cook book so I have no idea how it will taste...crossing my fingers.

I had a crab stack... crab meat, shrimp, avocado and mango. Yum.
