Staring at the shirt my oldest asked me to mend. Staring at the shirt my daughter in-law to be wants me to mend. Wondering - good grief, what are those crazy kids doing over there. Staring at the paper shredder my son loaned me (hint hint) and acknowledging it's not going to operate itself. Thinking about the ironing I have left to do, and the laundry pile I really should tackle now before it grows so large it threatens to topple over and avalanche bury me just like stacks of newspapers and stuff did on the Collyer brothers. Wondering why instead of just getting up and doing these chores which really wouldn’t take much time at all to do if I’d just get up and get started, instead I’m dragging my feet. Having Girl Scout cookies and milk for a snack and wondering who else on BFP was ever a Girl Scout and also went round the neighborhood door to door peddling their shortbreads and thin mints.

Stuck at some stupid conference, bored to death....

Finally heading home after sitting @ the hospital from 9p. lastnight till 5p. tonight sitting by my cousins bedside waiting & praying she will fight her way out of the coma & trying not to fall asleep because Ive been up going on 39hrs. of NO SLEEP... Can we say beyond slap-happy Im completely numb

Relaxing for 10 minutes drinking a cup of coffee and working

Trying to convince Monte to share/get off my chair. Enjoying my first real chance to relax since waking up this morning. Washing some fabric. Looking up toxicity of Synthrapol. Having a snack and gearing up to iron and then do some crafting. :)
