I'm doing a homemade beef stroganoff, rolls, green beans and corn on the cob. :)

The boys and I ate dinner outside on the patio in the back yard by candlelight...their idea. :)
We had my homemade cream of chicken with rice soup, which they both love. Afterwards, I enjoyed seeing them goofing off together (something that rarely happens)...even if it did result in Rooster "falling" into the pool and being pelted with a beach ball. It was nice to hear them laughing together. :rrose: |
Oops i forgot about it.
Guess i'll grab a yogurt...too late to eat much more than that. Maybe my tummy is shrinkin a little. (at least on the inside)...trying to cut back and all that. Spring is almost here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rrose: |

Tonight I am cooking fried catfish, hushpuppies, some kind of veggi...likely green beans or broccoli, a romaine salad...and maybe even some cheese grits. I know you're jealous! ;)

I have some chicken breasts marinating at home in some v&o, lime, garlic and other yummy stuff and will do some sauteed squash and sweet potatoes on the side.

marinated short ribs in my homemade teriyaki sauce---the real kind that you would get in hawaii with a little added red peper so its gonna be hot and sweet---grilled to perfection
sea scallops grilled for me since my love does not like seafood and she will be happy that they are out of the freezer now : ) some rice and the teriyaki sauce reduced down to a nice glaze |

put a pot of pinto beans and ham on this morning to cook all day, and just took a pan of cornbread outta the oven about 5 minutes ago. the whole house smells yummy! :) anybody hungry? come have supper with me! |

I made turkey meatloaf with super lean ground turkey, orange pepper, onion, mushrooms, jalopenos, and bbq sauce. Nummy good. Sauted onions, mushrooms, yellow pepper and squash with Mexican blend cheese sprinkle over them.

Dinner at Tinkerbell's included: Roast chicken, smashed carrot and swede, bobby beans, mash spuds, yorkshire pudding and gravy. Nom!
