I am looking forward to lots of adventure this summer, making dreams happen and being able to spend more time having fun like I did last night.
I am going to include having a smartphone again (with cool apps) and seeing all of the movies on my list, to the above. I am looking forward to care packages being delivered I may even be looking forward to ghost hunting, gak! |

I am looking forward to...
a day trip to the beach on Saturday. We are stocking the cooler with sandwiches, drinks & fruit; taking the top of the Jeep and hitting the road bright and early. We are bringing our pop up canopy for extra shade when it gets too hot. Sunday and/or Monday, having friends over for a pool party. We're gonna fire up the bbq pit with burgers, hot dogs & boudain. |
Tonight's queer social with a self serve burrito and taco bar. Tomorrows women's cruise to nowhere followed by the clambake on the beach. Hopefully, todays monsoons will not extend into tomorrow. |
It is just under 4 weeks until I will be crossing the border and kicking off the most incredible summer!

Desire! I'm leaving a week from Wednesday, and landing in L.A. My wonderful friend is loaning me one of her bikes and we'll be heading out to the desert for the long weekend event in Palm Springs. Yay.

1:00 when this sleepover ends and I can get a nap! And make red pepper jelly cause if I am going to move I need to stock folks up before I go. They are a wee bit addicted.

This morning, my honey and I are going to the desert for a few days (sorry we won't be there the same time as you will be there Cheryl!).
Going to lounge by the pool :tanning:, get a massage and in general; relax. I really need it and I am trying hard to not think about my job. |

My girlfriend is coming to visit today. She's staying a whole week and I'm so excited, couldn't sleep last night!
Like srsly, I was awake in bed until 4:30--I slept 3 hours .... Just knowing she's going to be here this afternoon is like the best present I ever got as a child.... except I get to keep unwrapping this one again and again and again ;-) |

56 degrees @ noon. It just started to rain. I suppose I could plant in the rain. The last three nights the temps dropped to 36 degrees. Crazy extreme weather. I'm looking forward to putting the seeds and the plants into the ground! |
