I made turkey club sandwiches on sourdough toast served with BBQ chips

My famous meatloaf, Brussel Sprouts, spinach salad with Roma tomatoes, sunflower seeds etc.

My kingdom for a rich dark chocolate chunk of Nirvana.

Tonight it was a Hungry Man now tomorrow is a whole different story

Tomorrow it is rib eye steaks on the grill with a side of sauteed onions and garlic made into a steak sauce baked potatoes and garlic butter sauteed shrimp
and for the foolish under 30 crowd that doesn't know a good a steak if it bite them....grilled Bocca burgers and baked potatoes

3 small grassfed burgers w/ red onion sauteed in coconut oil
nachos made with blue corn chips, grassfed cheddar, lots of fresh cilantro, green chile, and black olives.

Baked pork chops with a mushroom onion sauce over mashed potatoes, green beans and corn on the cob. Was delicious.

Celebrating My oldest daughter's birthday before they head back home tomorrow. I'll be taking everyone out for dinner tonight. She still hasn't decided where she'd like to go.

It is at my house tonight with a cold Guiness as a reward for my grilling ability....

My son had a cooking lesson (he's 11). He made deep dish lasagna, caesar salad and garlic bread.

Tomorrow, I'm making pork carnitas, panko fish tacos with mango salsa, cabbage slaw and avocado, esquites and big surprise....mojitos.

Buffalo Chik'n veggie patties. Green beans, organic sweet potato fries. Red is home she opted for Taco Bell lol!
