I sauteed cooked gnocchi in olive oil with cut up soy italian sausages, garlic and spinach.

Grilled burgers and instead of stuffing them in buns, I made quesadillas burgers
Pepper Jack cheese
Pico on them
Chipotle sauce
Stuffed some jalapeños with cream cheese and crab threw them on the grill

Good Times!!

Scrambled eggs in the remains from thick cut bacon, wheat bread toast with grape jam! Fresh melon from neighbors garden. A big glass of OJ to top it off!

I'm glad I sent Jr to the farmers mkt since I had to work. But dang, I wanted to go fishin too!

Homemade Cheese Tamales I bought today at my favorite food truck. These are filled with cheese and green chilies. I steam them and smother with more cheese and green salsa and serve with black bean frijoles and homemade Mexican rice.

today I grilled for my mother ribs, chicken, sausage, corn on the cob, and hot dogs. She made coleslaw, butter beans, salad, and garlic bread. We had watermelon for dessert.

we were too full from a late lunch to make them last nite, so tonite we are grilling turkey burgers stuffed with cheddar and monterey jack cheese :)
