Bbq sausage links, baked potato, onion rings and salad!and some iced tea!

So, tonight I did a little work on some copycat recipes from Chipolte.

Cilantro lime rice and the Barbacoa beef.

I served it as a burrito bowl

Lime rice, corn, black beans, Barbacoa beef, guacamole, sour cream, salsa for those who wanted (I used pico de gallo on mine), and a couple flour tortillas

Barbecue pork sandwiches and potato pancakes.

so....I had healthy crap for dinner....lol

strawberry muffin and homemade vanilla cake with berry flavored buttercream frosting....

they promised tomorrow will be calmer :)
