Lord help me. I drove through In'N'Out on the way home from work.

I can't remember when I was there last.

I was starving and it was so good, I ate every last french fry.

I made some homemade bread and BBQ pulled pork. I'm still working on what I'll serve it with...maybe sandwiches with chips or mashed potatoes and corn.

Baked Cod with lemon rosemary sauce, braised butternut squash, steamed asparagus.

Top sirloin cooked on BBQ

I'm going to grill a steak and have some grilled portabella mushrooms and maybe some garlic bread. Thats the plan.

I cooked for the first time in over a week...

I made...

a small whole chicken in the crock pot with fresh broccoli and mushrooms and fresh garlic....it came out yummy :) I was craving the protein....

I have NO idea but genesis has been cooking most of the day and the smells that have taken over the house are beyond the yum factor! I am SO damn fortunate!

Big turkey sandwich, kettle cooked chips, black berries and oranges

Lastnight: Pizza (Udi's)
Tonight: Crockpot Pork Carnitas - with fresh tortillas, pineapple/cilantro/red onion/jalapeno "salsa", and shredded cabbage.
