I'm thinking yogurt with berries and granola...and I found these English muffins that are whole grain and 100 calories that I may try with some peanut butter for extra protein. Generally I'm just happy with yogurt though

Same thing as yesterday

Yogurt with blueberries and granola

English muffin with peanut butter. But this time I had half since it got cold and rubbery. I split it up for the dogs.

Note to self: get almond butter instead of pb. Thanks

I took a TJs frozen pesto linguine and added veggies and shrimp.
