I'm thinking yogurt with berries and granola...and I found these English muffins that are whole grain and 100 calories that I may try with some peanut butter for extra protein. Generally I'm just happy with yogurt though

I was busy this morning so I just made lunch instead.
I took a TJs frozen pesto linguine and added veggies and shrimp. Texas toast on the side. |
Steel-cut oatmeal with craisins, unsweetened coconut flakes and coconut milk, pumpkins seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon.
I really want an omelet from Swami's but I'll hold off on that for another day. |

A sausage, egg white and cheddar on multi-grain flatbread breakfast sandwich from evol.; 200 calories and 16g of protein, is a plus.
