I have been working on my laptop because it was having huge problems and getting on the internet was a nightmare. I downloaded new virus protection software and that helped some. The biggest help was to reset my Internet Explorer. I was only able to view Facebook on the Top News Feed only. Could not see my page, anyone else's page, older posts, Private messages. etc. I had to find out how to do it on Internet Explorer's webpage by watching the handy dandy instructional video. Now the laptop and the internet are running marvelously and making me smile again!!!

- playing the wii with my son - a deep & heartwarming conversation with my daughter - a bubble bath - a phonecall from a dear friend |
playing in the snow with my furbaby.

I am about to watch the Arkansas Razorbacks CRUSH Ohio at the Sugar Bowl with Uncle Terri and my honeybunz! We are surrounded by munchies and this house is a sea of red shirts!:hangloose:

An insane but wonderful day at work...had to write a super complex custody complaint (that also contained a motion for emergency custody) with little to no information...had to dig through sparse notes then weave the facts to comply with the law. My boss only changed one word in all 12 pages. The judge granted the emergency motion this afternoon and I am a happy little camper tonight!Doing a happy little femmie dance! I love my job!

I have been anxiously waiting for my boss to complete some vital paperwork for me for almost a month now, related to an major internal transfer that I really, really want to do. I was afraid I might even lose the opportunity to interview, it's taken so long.
Yesterday, she emailed the paperwork. Today, I received notice that they wish to interview me as soon as possible! The journey of 2,805 miles beginning with a single step, that's what made ME smile today. |
My baby made me smile today.

Daddy calling me earlier than I thought he would. Hearing his voice always makes me smile..
Pepper and Riley running in and out of the house in 20 degree weather. Dang they get crazy when its cold outside. Watching the 5 pound chihuahua try to dig up the couch then finally realizing there is a blanket he can rough up to sleep under. Running my hand through my beloved 12 year old Ladybug's fur knowing that just a few months ago I thought I would have to put her down. Knowing Damon would have been right by my side if I had to put her down. Knowing she is healthy and happy again makes me smile from ear to ear. |
