Last night:

Super antioxidant kale salad (kale, blueberries, dried cranberries, goji berries, sunflower seeds, pineapple chunks, with a mild citrus dressing)
Parmesan cheese crisps
Green olives stuffed w/ jalapenos

Tonight:

Something with chicken.

Some kind of chicken leg thing.... no idea right now. I need a Butch buddy who knows their way around a grill.

I absolutely love cooking and want to make shake-n-bake chicken tonight but feel so lazy and want to order delivery. Anyone else feel this way?

I had a late appointment at the Chiropractor and did not feel like cooking afterwards, so I stopped and got a garlic roasted chicken, and had that along with a green salad and steamed broccoli and carrots.
