Thank god it's Wednesday!!!! Yayyyy!!
After my doctor appointment, I only have a little packing left to do before my trip.

I had a really positive meeting at work and an unexpected opportunity to put some ideas forward. Even better, the big-wigs liked them.

One of those 'right time, right place' moments. It's great when things work out that way. :)

Not one but TWO phone calls. Life on the edge Babyyyy

I was almost ready to leave for work this morning ... a bright idea hit ... I called in and said I would not be in the office today.

That's what annual leave is about!

Worked outside all day, around 3:00 took a 45 minute snuggle - buggle nap with my dog. Then nuked 3 egg rolls and poured myself a big milk. And back outside working.

Just came in to water-up.

Been smiling all day because I have gotten so much accomplished. And (so far) have not shed any blood yet but I did whack my finger once with the hammer. Not really too bad - required a few "special words" and then all forgotten.

Going back outside now, still a couple of hours or so of daylight left.

A spoiled chihuahua feasting on Italian wedding soup.

When my little dog Smudge eats his wet food, he always leaves a bunch on his chin.... only to eat it later. We call them his "snacks". I enjoy sending random pictures to my girlfriend of his "snacks" only to crack up laughing because we laugh at weird things. This makes me smile. I love my Smudgie and his snacks :-D

When I colleague posted this on my fb page:

typos in a paper:
"Women shouldn't fear the latkes of the world" and "It's basar that these laws were passed."

those latkes (potato pancakes that are eaten during Chanukah) are not really deadly weapons. I think this statement is very basar.

Getting my mother's parcel in the mail today. She me like a ton of burt bee's stuff and candy from the states! Happy queenie! :)
