Waking up with 3 warm critters in bed with me. Hearing the water from a full creek, rustling by camp, and knowing the rain is finished and rest of the weekend will be sunny

Waking up early is hard. Too hard.

Our daughter will be home tomorrow, just days before she turns 21 years old.

my magical morning.....

I stayed in bed til 8am.....

had coffee.....

took a nice walk down the road....

watched a bunch of bluebirds and sparrows playing around the old barn down the way....

talked to some much loved ones....

spent the majority of the day with a cherished new friend...

and of course....the happy antics of my lil dancing lamb....aka as my poodle, Jacques...

Getting a phone call from my godfather, with him telling me to be prepared to meet his new girlfriend. I am not against him dating, I just want him happy and him including me in things made me smile.

getting the best night sleep Ive had in a while.....

amazing what a fan and a new fluffy soft pillowy topper can do.....

Yesterday at work, a new favourite associate told me that I'm his Fairy Gay Mother! How precious is that? My heart smiled.

she told me she thought I was amazingly brave to move to a place all on my own without knowing anyone....

that's not the perspective Ive had about myself lately....it was good to be reminded...even if every day isn't perfect....I'm living my life and that's what matters most :)

while taking my client down the street in her wheelchair, a bicyclist struggling his way up the hill we were heading down....paused long enough to wave and say hello to my lady who had waved to him...it was just awful sweet of him :)

my faith in humanity gets bolstered daily around here...theres so much kindness and generosity....I strive to make myself more like that in this lifetime...

I woke up, and i feel fantastic! :)

This sure made me smile...
