I will be having a pulled pork bbq sammich w/sweet bbq sauce, and chocolate pudding for dessert. (I forgot my lil bag of chips laying on the kitchen counter...lol)

Dinner was a success, except the mac 'n cheese was a bit too spicy, so no back up meal was needed. Wee!

Thanks to continuing dental healing I am once again having lipton noodle soup with added pastina.
What I really want is a rib eye steak, medium rare, smothered with sauteed mushrooms and onions, twice baked garlic potatoes, and green beans almondine. Followed by Indian Pudding with vanilla ice cream. I miss real food ~ sigh. |
