gingerbread cake for an after dinner sweets sensation. for years I could not partake of gingerbread unless it was in the shape of a woman. funny.

I'm sick, so my better half is bringing me home some Chinese chicken noodle soup and some cinnamon whiskey, so I can have a hot toddy for my sore throat. :D

Tonight i'm fixing pan seared pork chops, peas,combo salad with some garlic bread.

I had a grilled pork chop and mashed potatoes.

Tonight I had roasted chicken thighs and a Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, bell pepper, purple onion, cukes, Kalamata olives, lettuce and feta.

P.S. Because I decided to wait until tomorrow when I am over by the store I buy dog food from to buy her food, Sadie dined on canned chicken breast over a bed of rice with corn, green peas, french green beans, with a little homemade coconut butter added in. She loves me bunches right now! ;)

Breakfast casserole!

I had hash browns, bacon, eggs and toast.

I made them chicken tacos with Spanish rice...hunger escaped me again *shrugs* it happens

I made myself scrambled eggs and rye toast. Simple but good.

Pork chops (boneless) baked acorn squash, brown/wild rice and steamed broccoli

honey dijon baked salmon, black-eyed peas, cucumbers with dill/lemon/garlic yogurt sauce

BBQ ribs, stemed veggies and a salad

I had leftovers from last night's dinner along with some french cut green beans.

Small quesadilla with jalapeno muenster
Salsa garnish
Iced tea

Chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce
Toast with butter and grated grana padana cheese
Fruit salad with papaya, pineapple, oranges and a few yogurt covered raisins
