I had two individual portions of light string cheese, and
I had one container of fat free Greek yogurt, yum yum. I'm drinking a big delicious cup of half cafe half decaf with eight ounces of frothy skim milk and one sugar packet. |
Sprouted grain bread, toasted, my favorite peanut butter from the coop. A fresh crunchy pear. Coffee. Water.

Was coffee with Vanilla coconut milk.

Eggs scrambled with sauteed onions, thrown into corn tortillas, a bit of sharp shredded cheddar tossed atop and finished with a liberal splash of Tapatillo.
