I am finding so much peace lately... the last couple days, I found a new level of peace in knowing that a friend would go out on a limb to help me... even when I didnt know I needed that help, and years later... they are still there, waiting to help when I needed...
... That friend, and so many others, that are becoming the family I truly belong to... bring me sooo much peace. |
i finally got peace today...at least for the moment...after having a good talk with my mom about things going on....i hope this gives us another chance to become as close as we once were...maybe even moreso...

hearing your voice as soon as i wake up....and it being the last thing i hear before i go to sleep....

I am usually a peaceful person by nature..but meditation gives me peace and helps to refresh my soul, mind and body :) :heartbeat:

Peace... today... comes from the knowledge that Christmas for my kids will be amazing this year...

A hug and hearing that everything is going to be OK. My girls laughter. Sitting with my discomfort, knowing that I am feeling like I do for a reason and there is something bigger that I need to learn. Knowing that there is always another opportunity to make the necessary changes in order to do and be better. Running. |
Being content with myself, my life and my decisions. I still have some unresolved issues, but I am getting there with the goal of peace in mind :)

When I'm sitting at a stationary weight machine and do those first couple sets, and my heart is pounding and I get that first endorphic rush, that brings me peace.

The constant work on my self-journey, the hard honesty and the growing confidence.. seeing and feeling my beauty, believing in myself and recognizing my self-worth.. All things that bring me such peace.. And knowing i've a long way to go just yet - but the inner peace is something to cherish and celebrate.. - Buddha.. Having embraced my spirituality, and what a rollercoaster journey it's been in doing so - having such an intense trust, turning to my Higher Power, the meditations, the beauty in the precious moments spent with Buddha, especially these last couple of days - much peace spiritually.. ♥ - being outdoors, at one with nature, enjoying the fresh air.. i love trees, they've such character and beauty.. There is one tree i soo love and visit often.. sometimes i read beneath it, or lay up against it and take in the beauty around me.. i feel a great sense of peace with that willow tree, and it's hanging branches feels like a warm hug.. All trees tell a story to me, i love exploring them, and other things while out hiking trails.. i love rocks too & collect them as they, too, bring me such peace.. Whether they're something special to keep in my pocket, or a smooth surface to paint.. or just to admire the details of it.. they make me smile.. - the love i have with Mtn, Our amazing trust, communication and always being present for one another.. the safe feeling i have when i'm in His arms, His protective nature, and chasing the monsters from under my bed, the warmth and joy i feel in His presence..The happiness in my heart, the flutterbees when i see or hear from Him, and the feel of His touch.. all brings me peace.. |

Being happy brings me peace. I haven't been this happy with my job, my family, my friends, my relationship in many, many years. I'm due. Peace is a wonderful, beautiful place to be. I think i'll stay here. :bunchflowers: |
Knowing the future holds new possibilities .
Not being in a dead end job. Slow weekend mornings, enjoying homemade blueberry pancakes. Knowing I will have better healthcare with my new benefits. Private time to refuel, reflect and meditate. Knowing I am not alone in this world, that I can reach out to any of a few select friends to help me sort difficult subjects out. Knowing I no longer need to handle everything on my own... knowing they are sincere, honest, loyal and supportive. |
