It think it is key that the photos are taken from behind the lens, otherwise they may be construed as "personal photos" that belong in the gallery. /see also TOS update

Since it's winter...and I love snow...I'd like to throw out the idea of snow for this week's theme :) Yes?

So I dug out an old FujiFilm 3800 digital camera (my first) that I bought YEARS ago and am heading out...also bringing my new point an shoot (cheap PS) as well. Looking back at the photos I took with the Fuji...it seems to take better pics.

I do *not* like the snow at all ... but I do love the contrast of snow against a robin's egg blue sky.

well it doesn't seem i can get on the website enough to keep this thread going but ya'll seem to be doing a great job of it and i'm just glad everyone is enjoying it and sharing such beautiful imagery. i love this snow theme!

thank you everyone... I have had two Theme Ideas for the week... really difficult to choose between the two.... but it boiled down to this one:

"This week is brought to you by the Letter 'E'"

It is more of an interpretive theme... and can be taken literally or allow one to step out of the box and push it and play, either with the subject or a technical aspect that has been 'sticky' for you lately....


... hope this makes sense... if not.. let me know :)
