i was lying outside in the sun. i woulda been with the cats, but they are being bullied by an evil bully cat and cower inside.
Came back in and am lounging. i gather at around 2pm we are going to a gallery. So at some point i have to shower etc. It's nice being on break. |
breaking down a bunch of empty boxes and cleaning floors, scrubbing sink, the scent of clean is intoxicating~
that are being picked up, free cycle is da bomb, but this will just be my brother who will be picking up all my computers, which I am wiping clean, starting fresh and bringing a bunch of my old boxes of books, which I have not seen for over 5 years or so. It will be like seeing some good ole friends. Most I plan on selling, but a few are treasures I will will to someone nice. Me and my first edition addiction~ making appts for yearly physicals and what not before my up coming total knee replacement, second knee... I am more scared of this one for some reason, but I am sure it will all be fine, I keep telling myself~ being wooed by three graduate schools, jumping thru all their hoops, writing essays and making sure I get as much money as possible thrown my way for being more edumacated~ drinking tea and meditating, a bit of yoga to stretch out my old bones, with some pilates thrown in for good measure and a core that is just plain strong and centered~ I love to multi-task ftw! d'with the circuitous thinking well intact |

Right now? Nothing! :) I spent most of yesterday finishing chores and running errands so I could laze about all day today. It worked out well. All I've done today, other than bathe and get dressed, is replace a set of hinges (chrome coloured for brass, because they'll look better). Later I'll cook dinner.

me and my honey are getting ready to go get our Starbucks "fix"...venti Cafe Americano...black for her and venti Tazo Chai Latte for me...yummmm...will find a cool little lunch venue on way out on island, hit Cancer Thrift store, then Michael's...so we can make our letters for Miss_Tia's store sign.....smiles...
Yesterday in our venture around the Island, we found Unique Xpressions....what a freakin' awesome store. I found a really cool, huge dream catcher...leather stretched over a wooden circle with eagles painted on it... Then we will head over to the Sands Beach with my new binoculars that has a camcorder and a camera on it......whoohoo....I'm so excited...laters peeps..we are going to go play in REAL time!!! I am so multi-tasking today and having a hard time focusing on work. Once again my mind is in the gutter and I can't seem to escape it.

... and running dishwasher, just vacummed, dusted, picked up around the house, made breakfast and and now back chilling here and on facebook enjoying my brekkie and some cafe.. and thinking about my time with her tonight. mm.. life is grand!
