I need prayers for my baby Cricket. Shes very sick and the vet thinks she may have pneumonia...and a lump she has may be cancerous....my heart is breaking....

I am so sorry you are in a hurting space.

Please take a deep breath and take things one step at a time. You'll help your little Cricket through the pneumonia or whatever respiratory ailment it is ... that is what is most important at this time. Wait on facts (test results) on Cricket's other issue.

The prognosis is this: Cricket has congestive heart failure. She is of unknown age because I got her as a stray, but the vet said its not uncommon in older,small dogs. Shes home with lasix to drain the fluid from her lungs and will be on heart meds for the rest of her life.
But...it couldve been much worse. She has a good chance and I will relish any time I have with her... :)

To not get sick!! :/
