GM3 ways you process grief

That is a good/difficult one to answer... I've had a whole lot of experience with loss and grief, you'd think I'd be a pro.

I process my grief by:

• Recognizing that it's made up of a myriad of emotions (stages), that there will be triggers, that it will ebb and flow, that it will always be with me, able to be tapped and brought to the surface, and that the strength of the grief will lessen as time goes by - and that I have to submit to it, go through it, let each stage wash over and through me...
  
• Talking about it - in therapy, with family and friends, through writing and art and music.
  
• Finding strength in the love and bond I shared with the person I've lost.

Things a person might refuse to wait for suggests a particular cluster of things pertaining to controlling outcomes or hard limits or things of this nature, that are involved in refusing to wait for x, y or z (etc).

My brother prepaid a loan until January 2014

Don't have to worry about walking in bad weather or joining a gym. I found a really nice treadmill I bought for 200$ off original price.
