My morning client mentioned that she was going to have to drive to Ohio to bring her dog to her brother while she's out of the country for a month; no one would do it for less than $50/day!!! I told her Id do it if she liked soo we hashed out details and I gpt rhe gig! A month with really comfy beds, a massive tub and a towel warmer?? Why, I don't mind if I do.... Not to mention cable and an awesome sound system through out....I will fi.d a way to manage :D |

the one white cat always having to lay on my side (in a recliner)... then the fat cat deciding he wants love too, jumps up, and lays across said white cat.... hearing her sad little mewp as he laid down on her made me crack up

A very special teisho, stumbling upon a festival - with all its attendant colorful human accompaniment, and some very unusual trees along the way. Ephemera. The chattering of birds. A light scent of gardenia on the air. Starting the day with a song that wrings tears of joy from me every time I hear it. Robust coffee. Nowhere to be. Later this evening, the sound of the train in the distance.
Today is a really nice day. I'm lucky because there are so many reasons to smile. |
While working a special event today ( The Monster Truck Jam) I saw my Deputy Chiefs son that I have not seen in a few years, since his Dad was my Shift commander. When I said hi to him he actually remembered me and gave me the biggest hug ever he is such a sweetie just like his dad. He really made my day :police::rrose:

Going out for breakfast and then a trip to the bookstore. And, SUNSHINE!!! It's sorta cool but it's sunny. So nice to see that bright light again. I feel like i've been in hibernation.

sleeping in on my day off-- I almost never get to do that. and as an added bonus, it's been raining all day!! :)

The sun is shining. Watching the puppies play. And my sister reading me snippets of the essays she's grading from her 9th grade health class. |
