Hi,

I am having salad with carrots, red cabbage, pickles, and olives.


Kettle popcorn later for the Patriots game.

I am having leftover spaghetti and meatballs and some garlic bread. Now you know what I had for dinner last night also.

Young blood had a couple hot dogs and chips

The rest of us had a small garden salad, a warm sweet potato and chickpea salad and fried zucchini

A little bit of chicken sautéed in red onions with ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and kale. Not very fancy but feels good on a cold night.

Edamame followed by salsa meatloaf fresh from the oven.

Baked ham, corn on the cob I put up from the summer and Lima beans

Chicken piccata and a Caesar salad.

Muffin frittatas, and a spinach salad with a citrus vinaigrette that I made earlier today.

A big bowl of Galbi Tang (Korean beef short rib soup) and 9 side dishes, which included some of my favorites: sweet and salty peanuts, spicy bean sprout salad, potato salad, and of course, two different kinds of kimchee.

FYI, Potatotopia was no bueno.

I am baking homemade Calzones, for my son and I.

Stuffed with .... mozzarella cheese, smoked salmon, and a few winter baby red potatoes.

I'm fixing beef stew for to night with some dinner rolls.

I am having veggie/fruit juice...

I never know what color it will be or what will be the dominant flavor.

But it's juice.

I'm having Indian food. Masala dhosa & a mango lassi. So delicious!
